bookgolf is a directory of golf clubs run by JS Softwares. Some clubs take bookings directly on this site. Others are listed with their details and a link to their own website.

Listing details such as green fees, facilities and opening hours come from the clubs and from public sources. We work to keep them accurate, but they can change, so please check anything important with the club.

If you follow a link to book on a club's own website, that booking is made with the club on its own terms.

• Your booking is with the club. The club's prices, course rules, dress code and cancellation policy apply, and the club provides your round.
• Your tee time is booked once you see the confirmation. If the club asks for payment online, it's only booked once the payment goes through.
• Card payments are taken for the club. Any refund is the club's decision under its own policy.
• You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email up to the cut-off the club sets. After that, please contact the club directly.

Only golfers who booked through this site and played can leave a review. Please keep reviews honest and about your own experience, and don't include offensive content or other people's personal details. Clubs can reply to reviews. Every review is moderated, and we may remove any that break these rules.

Please don't make bookings you don't intend to keep, try to disrupt or overload the site, or copy its content in bulk. We may block access for anyone who does.

We provide the site as it is and do our best to keep it running. We aren't responsible for the clubs' own services, facilities or decisions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them and will change the date at the top when we do. How we handle personal information is covered in our privacy policy. Questions? Email [email protected].
